Choose when it comes back
Use today, tomorrow, or an exact date and time. TodoPilot can fly in before the deadline and again when the task is actually due, so a quiet notification does not become another forgotten badge.
Get enough time to switch context.
A final on-time reminder if the task is still open.
The next thing stays visible
TodoPilot adapts to notched and non-notched Macs. The compact state keeps the next task and its time in sight; expand it for the local queue without losing keyboard focus.
Fits the camera housing and keeps the task title compact.
The same workflow on Macs without a notch or on an external display.
Hard to miss, easy to control
The pixel cat plane tows the actual task flag across a non-activating macOS panel. Act immediately, complete it, or ask for another flight in ten minutes—without turning every reminder into an interruption.
Choose an early flight and an optional second flight when the task is actually due.
The reminder is an action surface, not a decorative animation or another unread badge.
Mute or rate-limit flights; full screen, screen sharing, and Reduce Motion use a calmer presentation.
Stop babysitting the terminal
TodoPilot listens only to the local lifecycle hooks you choose to install. One top-level run becomes one local Todo, stays visible while it works, and closes only when a trustworthy terminal event arrives.
A top-level Agent run creates a local, in-progress Todo with its real provider identity.
Switch apps, review a PR, or make coffee. The status island keeps the run in sight.
Completed, failed, cancelled, and lost stay distinct—then the cat carries the result across your screen.
Works locally with
Not just for code
Select a region anywhere on your Mac. Apple Vision recognizes the text locally; optional AI turns it into structured candidates, and nothing reaches Today List until you review it.
Local where it matters
The playful reminder sits on top of conservative data boundaries. Core task capture, Agent monitoring, Today List, status island, and reminders remain useful without an account.
Captured images are not uploaded by default. Apple Vision OCR runs on your Mac.
TodoPilot does not read full conversations, code files, terminal output, reasoning, or tool calls.
Logs avoid task bodies, OCR source text, screenshot paths, secrets, and tokens.
Only deliberate online AI structuring sends the minimum text needed for that request.
