Free Mode

Captured screen images, recognized text, task content, calendar candidates, and Code Agent content remain on your Mac. Free Mode requires no account and sends no remote telemetry.

Pro online services

When you deliberately use AI structuring or friend reminders, TodoPilot sends only the data needed for that request. Captured screen images remain on your Mac. Device sessions use a device-bound key; the private key remains in Keychain.

Purchase contact

Stripe collects the purchase email for receipts. TodoPilot uses it for License delivery, recovery, security notices, and refund contact. It is not an app login.
