Refund policy

Seven days, clearly counted.

License

The refund window is 7×24 hours from purchase. Before first successful activation, the License is eligible for a full refund. After activation, the amount is purchase price minus ceil(elapsed hours ÷ 24) × purchase price ÷ 7.

AI Credit Packs

An extra Credit Pack is refundable only while that specific pack is completely unused. Credit Packs do not participate in the License daily refund calculation.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the purchase contact. An administrator reviews and executes the request in the management console. Stripe disputes pause the License and online services; Free Mode and local data remain available.
